Finnish design brands will sail from Turku to Copenhagen on the historic Hallberg-Rassy 45 yacht named Lycka.
The Lycka Yacht Society curates and brings together leading Finnish designers to create a unique and captivating exhibition for the 3days of design event. Lycka will sail from our Halikko factory to Copenhagen, and upon arrival, a showroom for five Finnish brands will be set up on the yacht, its surroundings. The yacht will be upholstered with fabrics by Johanna Gullichsen, furnished with products from Made by Choice, with the crew dressed in clothing designed by Samu-Jussi Koski, and illuminated by Light Cognitive's lighting solutions. Studio Kanto will also participate. This bold collaboration is based on shared values, and the decision to sail using wind power aligns with the brands' commitment to sustainability.

Sailing from Turku to Copenhagen: June 6-11, 2024. The crew includes Lasse Laine, Antti Olin, Aleksi Koskelin, Annu Ansen, Lauri Andler, and sailor dog Sunny. The sailing trip will be documented by Mikko Harma, and the journey can be followed on the participants' Instagram accounts.
