Why is the delivery time 8 weeks?

Our products are developed and manufactured to order in Finland by some of the best craftsmen in the world.

I saw a customized product and would like to order one. How can I do that?

We have a range of standard Made by Choice colours but any colour according to RAL or NCS are available. Meaning what ever colour you can imagine, we can have it made.

Tables, benches, work desks and side tables are available in tailored dimensions, such as width, height, depth.

Can I see and test sit the products somewhere?

You can find our products in several restaurants and public spaces. Contact us at sales@madebychoice.com and we will let you know where to find the specific style.

When will I receive my order?

Normally the time of standard delivery is 8 weeks (Mon-Fri). The shipping will take approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on the market, after dispatch from our Finnish warehouse. 

All orders are fully traceable using DHL track and trace. You will receive your tracking number in a shipping confirmation sent to your registered email address upon dispatch. 

The delivery time is only an estimation and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take longer than normal depending on the postal handling.


The shipping cost is stated at checkout when finalizing your order. All orders are delivered to your door step by DHL.

Packages sent with DHL have tracking numbers and can be tracked directly on the DHL website. If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Finland, you have received a shipping confirmation stating you tracking number along with tracking instructions to the email address you stated with your order. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam as emails sometimes end up there.

What is the difference between Signature and Made to order products?

"Signature collection" is created to highlight our best selling products that can be produced in bulks. "Made to order" products are created for specific projects and we have chosen to bring them available for purchase from Made by Choice online store.
