Snaps in the wild: Sushi Beauu, a new sushi restaurant has opened in the ground floor of the iconic Empire State Building. The space is filled with Made by Choice’s iconic and playful pieces - the Kolho with Matthew Day Jackson, Goma with Thomas Sandell, Laakso with Saku Sysiö, and Kastu chairs. Each piece is crafted in Finland with care and intention, combining bold forms with a playful spirit that invites people to gather and connect.
The Sushi Beauu offers a new Japanese dining experience from the team behind Gouie New York, Izakaya NYC, and Dr. Clark. The restaurant takes guests on a full-day journey through Japanese flavors - from morning to night.
For us, this is a beautiful collaboration and a true Torille! moment seeing our chairs in such an iconic building and within a restaurant that celebrates culture, craft, and experience.
